4. Assessment Guarantee
If Fairpoint's Initial Assessment identifies no significant concerns requiring further investigation or action, we will refund the assessment fee in full.
The decision as to whether significant concerns have been identified shall be determined by Fairpoint acting reasonably and in good faith.
The Assessment Guarantee applies only to the Initial Assessment service and does not apply to any additional services purchased.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information.
Fairpoint accepts no responsibility for conclusions or recommendations affected by inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information supplied by the client or third parties.
6. Publicly Available Information
Certain Fairpoint services may involve reviewing publicly available information, including tribunal decisions, court judgments, planning records, media reports, company information and other publicly accessible sources.
Fairpoint does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or current status of information obtained from third-party sources.
